I’m the engineer from the US (photo #3) and also responsible for the out of focus “dreamy” photo #4. The whole concept “janken art photo contest” was weird and certainly caught me off guard. Primarily came on this site just to confirm it was real, and I have to say I’m really impressed. Excellent photos of interesting people from all over. Thanks for one more memory of Japan that will not be lost in the pace of life. If you’d like to email, I would be happy to recieve some photos of the peace park and the A-bomb dome that you snapped that day. Your phototaking ability and quality is impressive and will certainly dwarf the photos I took of the day. No need to send pics of faces, I can enjoy them here on the site.

Nick, thank you very much for your comment by return.
As you may know well through English teacher experience, the Japanese government gives a good education for writing/reading English to their people but nothing more…
I mean, we WRITE WELL but NEVER SPEAK, either I.
(In addition, I have a special tool… google translation!! ha ha ha)
Conversely I was very surprised at your Japanese conversation skill which are much higher than my English!!
I guess it’s much more difficult for English people to speak Japanese which has completely different grammar & letter than for us to speak English. Congrats!!
Anyway we thank you for kind reply, we are awaiting a high res photo.
